A Simple Promise and My Commitment to You:

When I entered the practice of law, I carried a goal, or ideal, to the effect that I would afford each client thoroughly competent legal service, placing my client's interests above my own and assuring that I worked diligently toward a fair and honest resolution of the client's individual case.  I have stood by that commitment for more than 43 years of the continuous practice of law in good standing with the State Bar of California since admission to the Bar in December of 1975. 

A Judge once advised me not to take my legal work so personally, but that advice never felt particularly appropriate for me.  I DO take clients' legitimate legal interests very personally.  My clients depend upon me, and my representation is never perfunctory and is rarely routine.  When I undertake representation of a case, I have committed myself to using my years of education, experience and personal integrity to advance my client's good faith legal claims.  That is my simple commitment to each of my clients.
